We want your first visit — and every visit after — to be as smooth as possible. Find answers to common questions, payment information, and what to expect when you arrive.
Your First Visit
What to Expect
Your initial evaluation typically lasts 60–70 minutes. I will conduct a thorough assessment of your movements, range of motion, flexibility, strength, and pain patterns before building a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up sessions will last up to 60 minutes and will continue to focus on specific hands-on treatment and exercise/performance progression.
Arrive 10 Minutes Early
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any intake paperwork.
Wear Comfortable Clothing
Dress in clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated — athletic wear or shorts are ideal.
Bring Your payment form
Also bring your physician referral (if you happen to have one). In addition, if a minor is being treated, please be sure to have a parent or guardian present.
Share Your History
Be ready to discuss your injury history, health history, current symptoms, activity level, and any imaging reports (X-rays, MRIs) you have.
